Frequently asked questions
All orders are processed within 3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is going to be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. We currently ship within the United States, and to select countries. Shipping charges and delivery times will vary based on the destination.
We want you to be thrilled with your purchase. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect (i.e., not the item you ordered), please contact us within 3 days of delivery. To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide the following:
Your order number.
A clear description of the problem.
Photographs of the damaged or incorrect item and its packaging.
Once we verify the issue, we will work with you to make things right. This may include sending a replacement, offering store credit, or issuing a full refund to your original payment method.
At The Victory Shop, we are committed to providing you with high-quality products and a great shopping experience. To keep our prices competitive and our operations streamlined, we generally do not accept returns or offer exchanges on items once they have been shipped. All sales are considered final.
We process orders quickly, but we will do our best to accommodate cancellation requests. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us at victoryprollc@gmail.com as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been shipped, we can process a full cancellation and refund. Once an order has shipped, we cannot cancel it.
